not starve really work, it means that I am like I could eat a banana a day and extreme training and drink like 20 cups of water a day I lose my fat in that way? How old are you?! I bet it's puppy fat: | If negative, What are your eating habits like? It's great that you do that exercise, maybe you could do a little more often? not starve not work. Trust me, I've been there … if you are lucky enough willpower not to eat, I feel so private binge and put on more weight than you lost. If not rolled and compulsive, your metabolism will slow down to compensate for the energy that is not doing and you put on weight. It sounds very, very annoying and cheesy but trust me: the only way you will lose weight is by exercising and eating right. Foods low in fat, low calorie foods, eating when hungry no – more often or less often than that, do not eat out of boredom, etc. .. Do not eat or deprived of food you will need to bother … has many effects side so it's just not worth it, because that will make you very sick.
