How long it takes for your body adjusts to weight loss?
In a year I was 152-113, I'm 5'3 I hav kept down weight and increased my calorie intake, and my protein, but I am experiencing the symptoms folliowing, hair loss (not just pieces chapters) It has been six months since I have my period, I went to the doctor and blood tests were performed and some evidence of another hormone, as well, but it turns out all right, so I guess I'm not ill or suffering from Anorexia or what have been mentioned, but I read that this is common when there is weight loss, can anyone back that?
