Ketones and Anorexia?

My daughter is 14 years, and yesterday she went for her freshman physics. They did a finger prick for its rate cholesterol, and it came back very low. His urine test came back with a high level of ketones. Her doctor then called his blood, and the test came back today. Her doctor suggested she has anorexia. Its weight is 111.5 with clothes on, and night. Height is 5'4. I know that its weight is fine, so I do not really understand how it could be classified as anorexic. Should that be something I would be worried? Really, she does not eat much to feed a bird. When I told her to eat more, it is always a battle it does not. I guess it eat about 200-500 calories per day.

Get help. You have full reign over her because she is not yet an adult. I was struggling with anorexia for 11 years (since I was 9) and I wish my parents put me to the hospital because it was easier to monitor. She will thank you later. It is still early.
