What does it mean if my liver enzymes are above 500?

If my ALT is 545 and my AST is 307 does that mean that I severe liver damage? Perhaps these figures reversed if I start exercising and eating well. I'm not a drinker, but I have suffered Bulimia 11 1 / 2 years and recently stopped. I do type 2 diabetes, thyroid problems and high blood pressure. I am also £ 45 are overweight. Do you think I'm dying of liver failure or cancer? I have pain on the right side of my rib cage, but everything. My stools seem fine.
